For adults facing life's challenges, my approach is tailored, combining evidence-based interventions with a genuine commitment to your well-being. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention, Humanistic Therapy, Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and other modalities to support children, teens, and adults in individual therapy.
