Hello, I’m Tommy (he/him/his). I have a passion for helping others heal from their past, so they may live a fulfilling life in the present.

I love working with...
I especially enjoy working with young adults with anxiety and complex trauma,  who would like to build up their self-worth,  develop healthy relationships, cultivate a work/life balance, achieve performance goals, develop insight of their inner world,  and navigate stressful “adulting.” Additionally, I am working with couples to assist them with building a thriving, loving relationship. I offer a safe and supportive environment to explore communication patterns, resolve conflicts, and strengthen emotional connections.

Some of my favorite approaches include...
Some of the theoretical approaches I use in sessions include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I take a collaborative, eclectic approach to prioritize your needs and provide the specific interventions that you need in the moment to feel most supported.

How I help...
I like to start with practical tools to relieve stress and then digging deeper to develop greater insight that makes long-lasting, meaningful change possible. My clients often comment that they find me relatable because of my casual and conversational style.

I believe...
That the key to success in therapy is prioritizing the therapist-client relationship. Nothing can get accomplished without trust and safety being present.

What it's like in session with me...

Together, we will build a strong connection so you may feel safe and supported to explore your thoughts, emotions and behaviors that may be holding you back from becoming the greatest version of yourself.
