Hello! I'm Lisa (She/Her), an ACSW. I believe therapy should be a space where clients can feel completely themselves, safe, and free from judgment. My approach is grounded in the understanding that our thoughts significantly influence our mood, which in turn affects our behavior. Many of these thoughts are deeply rooted, often stemming from early childhood experiences.
I work with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges, and other life issues. My therapeutic approach is multifaceted, incorporating CBT, ACT, and Solution-Focused Therapy as needed.
While I am here to guide, I firmly believe that my clients are the true experts of their own lives. Think of me as a passenger, supporting you—the driver—as you navigate the journey of life. My hope is that our work together leaves you feeling understood, healed, and most importantly, authentically YOU.
I love working with...
I enjoy working with both teens and adults who have encountered challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem issues, and parental concerns.
